Helping Buyers & Sellers Valley Wide
Dan is a Minnesota native who started his career in the real estate industry back in 2006 but his journey as a Realtor-Associate Broker began in 2013, right here in Arizona.
After graduating from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Real Estate and Finance, Dan worked as a real estate appraiser in Rochester, Minnesota for 6 years before deciding to leave the Midwest for the great state of Arizona. Dan brought his Midwest work ethic to sunny Phoenix where he focuses primarily on the Biltmore, Arcadia, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Central/North Central & Downtown Phoenix areas but welcomes buyers or sellers in all parts of the valley. Dan also seeks out advantageous deals for his investor and property remodel clients throughout the Phoenix Metro Area. Dan's experience as an appraiser and property tax consultant makes him a very well-rounded agent. He has been involved with 400+ transactions since obtaining his realtor and broker licenses.
Dan is passionate about the real estate industry and takes great pride in providing personal attention and exceptional service to his clients. He is a detail-oriented communicator who enjoys interacting with his clients throughout the buying and selling process. Dan welcomes the opportunity to discuss any of your real estate needs, as well as those of any referrals who may want to experience sunny Arizona for themselves. Let Dan Schaffler know how he can help!!
